Meet Amanda Donnolo
Amanda Donnolo is an accomplished operations and business professional with deep experience in organizational leadership, sales, and strategic growth. She currently serves as Chief Operations Officer at Mavdon Capital, where she drives operational excellence and optimizes systems, processes, and procedures to support scalable and sustainable business success. In this role, Amanda leverages more than 15 years of experience in sales, management, and consulting to streamline day-to-day operations and position teams for long-term achievement.
Amanda’s professional background includes a blend of business administration and hands-on management — shaped through both formal study and real-world leadership. She studied Business Administration/Management at North Idaho College, grounding her operational insights in practical, locally rooted business education.
Based in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, Amanda is deeply connected to the Inland Northwest business community and brings a people-centered approach to every professional endeavor.
Outside of her work, she shares her life with her husband, Alex, and enjoys capturing moments from their travels and everyday adventures through photography.
